Easter / Pascoa

Church was wonderful today, I am grateful to be part of something perfect and so amazing as the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Also to know the real meaning of Easter, and to celebrate Christ and show gratitude for all He has done for us. Because of Him we can repent from our sins and became clean to return to His presence someday resurrected and glorified, as family. For that knowledge I am grateful. After church Nathan had I had a little Easter dinner and enjoyed each others company -as always :)
I can say we had a very nice day.

Igreja hoje foi maravilhosa, sou grata por fazer parte de algo perfeito e tao grandioso como o Evangelho de Cristo.Tambem por saber o real significado da Pascoa, celebrar Cristo e mostrar gratitude por tudo que Ele fez por nos. Por causa Dele podemos nos arrepender de nossos pecados e tornarmo-nos limpos para retornar a Sua presenca um dia ressucitados e glorificados, como familia. Por esse conhecimento sou grata. Apos igreja, Nathan e eu tivemos um jantar e aproveitamos a compania um do outro - como sempre :)
Posso dizer que tivemos um dia muito bom.

T party : TRON and Tacos

So...last night we had some awesome friends (Suzy, Mike, Stephen, Crystal and Kyle) over to eat some delicious food and watch Tron and it was pretty sweet!!! The grafics and soundtrack were great. I can say that the movie was MIND BOTTLING as my hubby would say :) as the food goes, we had chicken and turkey double decker tacos hummm :) they were very yummy, Crystal made rice crispy treats that was AMAZINGGGG!!!!
I also tried this recipe I found for dessert, I dont know the name but I can call it "delicious pineapple angel food cake?" its very easy to make just mix 1 carton of whipped topping, 1 small box of vanilla instant pudding and 1 can of crushed pineapple. layer your angel food cake (so its 3 layers) and fill it with the delicious stuff, refrigerate for 1 hour or so and eat it!!!! humm it was great...if you like pineapple your should try making this one.
It was such a fun night, we have to do it again!!! Yay for fun, food and friends

House warming parties

Thank you everybody who came to celebrate with us our new home, we had a lot of fun...we are very grateful for the wonderful friends we have, thank you!!! Here are some pictures.

Our first home

2010 was a WONDERFUL year for Nathan and I, we got new callings at church, my mom came ro visit, my sister had a healthy beautiful baby, Suzy and Mike are expecting their first baby, we met some great new friends, Nathan started his bread business and I started working with him...Heavenly Father has blessed us greatly. To complete such an amazing year we found the perfect home for us!!! We started the process to buy our new home in December, it was a very long month then January was even longer, but we finally closed on our dream home. We had been looking for houses but they just didnt feel right. We are so happy and greateful for our Heavenly Father's love, we know he watches over us and He knows what is best for us, we just have to be patient and do our part..here are some pics :)

I drove 8 hours straight babe

Soooo my mom and I really wanted to go visit my in-laws in PA, Nathan couldn't take days off sooo the only option available was me driving to PA :O Whatttt??? Thats right, I drove 8 hours straight, maybe 9 cause I got off track trying to find a subway...We had a wonderful time, Snow ( my mother-in-law) took us to NY, I know it was a big sacrifice for her to drive in that crazy city and I am really grateful she was willing to take us, so my mom could see the big apple. Cory and Jordan went with us. We had so much fun, we decided to ride in one of those tour buses, that drives around the city stoping on the main places. we were so excited, it was wonderful until we found out around 8pm that they stoped running at 7pm, what now??? the car was parked down at Battle Park and we were in midtown, so we did it...we took subway!!! From the begging of the day Snow enphasized she did not want take a subway - too many subway law and order episodes- so after we found out about the bus, we headed to the subway station hahha it was sooo funny, it didnt stop at battle park, we were in Brooklyn when we found that out, because onde lady sitting across from us told us where we were....so we got off and took another one...after seing rats the size of cats, missing our stop, being stared by weird people we got at battle park. Jordan liked it though, she said "we are so silly, why didnt we take the subway in the first place?" so funny...we just had to laugh about it all. We went to chuch the next day, and it was great to see the friends I miss so much. We did so many fun things, it was beautuful in PA, I love fall there the colors are so vibrant, the valley was beautiful!!! It's always great spending time with our family, and I am grateful I did drive up there even though my legs were numb for a day. To surprise Nathan I got his favorite pizza, steak and cheese from Duke's and lots of chocolate from Gertrude Hawk, I missed my Nate :)
